If you have lost a loved one due to someone else’s carelessness, I first would like to offer my condolences. Dealing with the passing of a friend or family member is never easy, especially when it could have been prevented.
As a veteran, I am familiar with the hardships a family can face both emotionally and financially after losing someone. I will work to help you receive a just settlement. Each wrongful death case is different and there are many factors that determine the final verdict and settlement.
To discuss these factors, please contact me.

If you have lost a family member due to the negligence of another party or a defective product, you may be eligible for legal compensation. I understand that filing a lawsuit may be a difficult task under these conditions. However, I assure you that it is important to retain a knowledgeable personal injury lawyer who will fight for you and your family.
My goal is to make sure your family recovers the compensation you deserve. I want to make sure that your well being comes first throughout the litigation process. Money will never make up for the loss of a loved one, but financial compensation can at least help with the economic strain that your family is enduring.
Who can file a wrongful death claim?
If you are the surviving spouse (or domestic partner), children, parents, or siblings of the deceased, you are eligible to file a wrongful death suit. However, depending on the situation, you may be able to file a suit even if you don’t identify as one of the people mentioned above
Also, be aware that various statutes of limitation may apply to wrongful death claims. Generally, if the case is not filed within two years of the date of death the plaintiffs will lose the right to file an action.
I will gladly review the details of your case during a free consultation to determine if you will be able to take your case to court.
